Julia Santos
Julia Santos joined LeBoeuf Law as a legal intern and administrative assistant in March 2024. She graduated from UNT Dallas College of Law, where she served as a Graduate Research Assistant for Associate Professor Michael Maslanka, assisted with the publication of legal texts, including the “Short and Happy Guide to Professional Responsibility.” She also interned with the Public Defender’s office in Dallas County, where she practiced law under supervision in the misdemeanor Dallas County courts.
Julia's experience includes working as a Lead Litigation Assistant at a personal injury law firm specializing in civil rights actions under U.S. Code § 1983 and a 10-week internship with the Federal Public Defender’s Office of the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth. This internship inspired Julia to pursue a career in law to provide individuals with clear guidance and attentive support throughout the legal process.
Julia is also deeply passionate about music. She received a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry Studies, Recording Technology, and Business Track and began a career in the music industry as a concert photographer in high school, continuing in various other roles throughout her undergraduate studies. As a professional recording engineer, Julia has recorded several artists and has even served as an assistant engineer on a Grammy-winning album. In her spare time, she plays guitar, drums, and piano and hopes to produce, record, and mix her own album one day.
